Our Team

At Starjumps we take pride in the staff we hire; this ensures we have a high-quality team who share the nursery values and ethos. Our staff take pride in being part of the Starjumps team. The majority of our staff come highly recommended and are usually known to the nursery team, this helps ensure all staff share the same passion for childcare and for providing stimulating environments for all. We have a strict hiring process which ensures all staff have a DBS before starting with us, we also seek full references in guidance with safer recruitment guidelines.

Our staffing structure offers us a unique opportunity to support and develop our own staff with many of our team progressing to senior positions. We actively encourage staff to gain further training alongside gaining first-hand experience, with many of our team progressing onto degrees and further studies. Alongside childcare qualifications, all of our staff receive specific training to make them secure in their duties. This includes, first aid, safeguarding and many more.

Our staffing team consists of an operations manager, senior manager, deputy Manager, age group leaders, nursery nurses and our nursery assistants.
